Corporate Receptionist -

Real Estate Investment company based in The West End currently have a new opening for a Front of House Corporate Receptionist to work very closely with the Facilities Team.

Looking for someone who is highly professional with a "can do attitude" and happy to muck in and take full responsibility for their role and use their initiative.

Key Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner ensuring a VIP service is provided.
  • Liaising with Ground Floor Reception regarding visitor passes.
  • Managing meeting rooms ensuring they are set up correctly and liaising with Catering Dept.
  • Managing VC’s for meetings.
  • Setting up meeting rooms for functions.
  • Handling the switchboard and fielding calls.
  • Liaising with internal departments such as Catering, Facilities and IT.
  • Booking and organising breakfasts and lunches for meetings.
  • Booking couriers and handling post.
  • Overseeing Housekeeper to ensure all meeting rooms are cleaned after meetings.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery orders/stock.
  • Assisting with Facilities Team.
  • Fire Marshal and First Aid.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills and highly professional.
  • Highly organised, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Real team player with a muck in attitude.
  • At least 2-3 years professional experience.
  • Ensure that front of house runs smoothly at all times.
  • Copes well under pressure and able to juggle and prioritise.
  • Hours - 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday office based
