Our client, an award-winning UK based law firm with their head office in London are recruiting for a Receptionist to start ASAP. You will join a large reception team supporting with delivering high end customer.

The client is looking for someone with at least 6 months reception experieince. You will be self-motivated, confident in your abilities and have a flexible, adaptable attitude to meet the ever changing needs of the business.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors ensuring their comfort
  • Offering refreshments to clients and visitors
  • Take responsibility for providing the best client experieince - ensuring client expectations are aways met or exceeded
  • Announce client/visitor arrivals to hosts
  • Escort clients/visitors to the appropriate meeting room
  • Book & manage meeting rooms
  • Assist the hospitality team with meeting room set up
  • Maintain a clean & safe work area ensuring all meeting rooms are presentable at all times
  • Work closely with the PA, Hospitality and Facilities team to ensure the best possible service is being provided
