The OpportunityThe successful Corporate Receptionist will be friendly, professional, and have experience managing a varied workload. This is a fast-paced role, so organisation and time management skills are essential, as well as an ability to cope well with pressure. Duties to include:

  • Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors and staff
  • Call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages
  • Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests
  • Organising and assisting with hospitality and events
  • Setting up audio visual systems and trouble-shooting problems
  • Assisting with adhoc administration requests

This Corporate Receptionist opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:00pm or 9am to 6pm

Requirements

  • Previous front of house/reception experience in a professional services firm is required
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and an online room booking system
