Corporate Front of House Receptionist
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shift pattern between 08:00 – 18:00)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and contractors with professionalism and warmth Manage visitor sign-ins and ensure security procedures are followed Assist with meeting room bookings and oversee catering/refreshments Provide tech support for meeting room facilities and troubleshoot minor issues Liaise with couriers and contractors, ensuring smooth office operations Conduct daily office checks, identifying any maintenance or cleanliness concerns Support the Business Centre Manager with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a corporate receptionist, preferably in Central London Impeccable presentation and communication skills Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment A confident problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
