Candidates are expected to demonstrate multi-skilling and multi-tasking abilities to adapt to the changing needs of residents.
The role requires a commitment of 42 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm, including five shifts one week and two shifts the next.
Employees are entitled to 5.6 weeks of holidays per year.
The annual salary for this position is £28,850, which includes holiday pay.

Concierge -Receptionist (Day):

Day Concierge - Receptionists will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the receptions & lobbies, consistently deliver service excellence to our Residents in conjunction with our standards, procedures and policies, keeping in view the ever-changing Resident's needs multi-skill/ multi-tasking is seen as an imperative.

Hours 7am to 7pm,
Average of 42 hours per week over a 2-week period (5 shifts one week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, then 2 shifts the following week on Wednesdays and Thursdays)
5.6 weeks holidays.
The full annual salary will be £28,850 including holiday.
