Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (Office Based only)

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception

- Answer and screen incoming phone calls (minimal)

- Booking in visitors with main building reception

- Manage reception area meeting rooms ensuring they are allocated correctly and prepared appropriately for external guests

- Book in reception deliveries to the loading bay

- Welcome and direct visitors

- Prepare refreshments for external visitors and meetings

- Arrange taxi’s and couriers when required

- Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Diary Management

- Assist MDs in a business capacity. Manage diaries, travel bookings, expenses and occasional personal errands

- Manage Reception calendar

- Manage ISAM and IS Prime reoccurring meetings and move/update when required, liaising with Boca office to ensure all meetings go ahead

- Assist marketing team with weekly client relations calendar

- Arrange internal and external meetings and conference calls

Other Duties

- Assisting the finance team with monthly expenditure reports

- Assisting with office facilities
