Hours: 8am - 5pm/ 9am - 6pm

We are seeking a professional and organized Front of House Receptionist to join a global company. This role is perfect for someone with a hospitality background looking to transition into the corporate world.

The key responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients with a welcoming and professional demeanour, working closely with the facilities team to ensure smooth operations, and answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed. The role also involves booking meeting rooms, managing the booking system efficiently, and maintaining a tidy and organized Reception area at all times.

Additional duties involve monitoring WX and Reception mailboxes to ensure timely responses to email inquiries and service requests, managing the visitor booking process for both local and foreign visitors, and overseeing stationery management to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained. The receptionist will also handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier processes, and follow company procedures for security and access cards. Furthermore, support for the 'iCare' Help-Desk management process will be required.
