- Manage bookings and coordinate the use of 15 rooms, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Greet guests, serve refreshments, and maintain room readiness.
- Restock minibars, clear rooms, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Order and reconcile food and drink supplies, assist with morning setups.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and facilities to ensure rooms meet expectations.
- You will have previous Front Desk or luxury hospitality experience, a 5-star hotel or similar
- You are someone who can take ownership of the role but is also able to work in a team
- You will have excellent communication skills and be able to think on your feet
- Have a strong eye for detail and high organizational skills with impeccable standards
- You are proactive, with attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding service
