- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Organising and coordinating couriers
- Signing in guests and creating passes
- Opening and closing of the office where needed
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept presentable
- Organising cleaners and reporting any building faults / repairs
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a Receptionist role within a corporate environment where you can hit the ground running
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm on a shift basis
