My client, a national real estate company based in the West End are recruiting for Guest Experience Administrator. The Guest Experience Administrator will provide exceptional front-of-house service and operational support at our prestigious real estate company. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to be the face of the company.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Serve as the service ambassador, through high-level engagement with all parties.
  • Deliver memorable front-of-house experiences to employees, occupiers, clients, and guests, including professional and courteous meeting and greeting.
  • Manage calendar and room bookings, set up and manage meeting rooms as required, including arranging lunch orders.
  • Respond to service requirements of employees and visitors, promoting high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain the highest standard of management and cleanliness within the reception and meeting rooms.
  • Implement outstanding reception procedures, including key handling, post management, scanning cheques, overseeing reception inquiries, managing bookings, and stock checks of office supplies.
  • Report service failures and manage their resolution, including progress updates and ticketing process management.
  • Assist with Health & Safety evacuations and emergency procedures.
  • Monitor statutory and internal compliance, adhering to policies and procedures
