We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Head Concierge to lead our concierge team within a prestigious residential development. This is a senior, client-facing role where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and support to residents, overseeing day-to-day concierge operations, and managing a team of concierge professionals. As the Head Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents’ requests and will play a key role in creating an exceptional living experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of concierge staff, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently provided to all residents.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, requests, and any issues with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Concierge Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day concierge services, including but not limited to reservations, event planning, travel arrangements, and assisting with personal requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve any resident concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Coordinate and liaise with external suppliers and service providers, ensuring that all services (e.g., housekeeping, transportation, maintenance) meet the development’s high standards.
  • Security & Protocols: Ensure that all concierge staff adhere to security procedures and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning and coordination of resident events, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks related to concierge operations, including maintaining records, reports, and resident profiles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a concierge or guest services role, ideally within a high-end residential or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and external service providers.
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a focus on exceeding resident expectations.
  • Problem-solving ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A professional, polished appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury and quality of the development.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate resident needs and address them before they arise.
