You will be the made point of contact for clients, visitors and staff. You will manage incoming calls, handle queries, welcome clients and ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring messages are accurately relayed
  • Handle incoming emails and correspondence in a timely manner
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling for executives and teams
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including filing and maintaining office supplies
  • Ensure the reception area is organised, clean, and welcoming at all times

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively
