A Finance Firm in the West is seeking a Receptionist for a ten-month maternity contract starting in mid-October.
The position requires previous reception experience in a corporate setting and offers a salary of £28,000 for four days of work from Monday to Thursday.
The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
The role includes greeting guests, booking and setting up rooms, ordering office supplies, and liaising with building management.
A £3,000 bonus will be awarded upon successful completion of the contract.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join a Finance Firm in the West working 8.30 - 5.30. This is paying 28k for four days work Monday - Thursday. Previous Reception experience is necessary in a corporate setting. This is a ten month maternity contract starting in mid October and will include a 3k bonus on completion.

The role

- Greeting guests and booking/setting up/clearing rooms

- Ordering office supplies (food, stationary, drinks etc.)

- Organising couriers

- Liaising with building management on adhoc issues such as floor temperatures, permitting access for works to take place etc.

- Arranging engineers for adhoc handyman tasks
