About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join a Financial Firm based in the Heart of West End. Our client is looking for a Receptionist who is hardworking, reliable, and flexible, as well as a great team player and a decision maker!

  • Managing the switchboard and acting as the main point of contact for all incoming calls.
  • Receiving and relaying telephone messages.
  • Providing a warm, friendly greeting to all visitors including clients.
  • Managing the daily meeting room calendar, liaising with staff to arrange meetings.
  • Setting up/clearing meeting rooms ensuring that the space is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ordering lunches, serving drinks, and arranging and setting out lunches for guests.
  • Replenish and clean branded water bottles.
  • Ordering office supplies (e.g., stationary, tea, coffee, sugar) and ensuring that stocks are replenished as necessary and kitchens orderly.
  • Ordering branded items as necessary (notebooks, pens, letter headed paper, envelopes and water bottles.
  • Frequent binding and general administration (photocopy, fax, scanning)
  • Sorting and distributing post daily including special / next day delivery, franking external post and ordering couriers.
  • Setting up conference calls.
  • Collating meeting room spreadsheet weekly.
  • Filing and ensuring that reception is tidy at all times.
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time.

What you will need:

The successful candidate who is flexible, well organised and is a good multitasker, as well as being proficient Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook). Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in similar industry environments).
