Office Administrator

Permanent Contract, full time office based Monday to Friday

They are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as booking occasional meetings, updating profiles online, payroll, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide general information about our services to clients and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
