Due to an internal promotion, my client is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team.

Role OverviewAs the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist/Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all visitors, clients, and team members experience a positive and professional interaction. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

This is an office based role situated (no remote/hybrid option) and the working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanour
