Role: Receptionist / Secretary

Location: New Street Square – London

Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week - 09:00-18:00 (In office Monday-Friday - 1 year Maternity Cover)

Your Opportunity and Role

Rawlinson & Hunter LLP (“R&H”) is recruiting for a Receptionist to provide reception and administrative support to the NSS Office.

Your key day to day work will encompass:

  • Answer and process incoming telephone calls, including message taking and passing callers through to voicemail
  • Managing Meeting Rooms – setting up and clearing meetings
  • Providing guests/meetings with Refreshments
  • Ordering Lunches for Meetings
  • Welcoming visitors and guests and announcing their arrival
  • Assist the Office manager with office facilities and liaising with contractors
  • Monitoring staff and partner movements
  • Booking taxis
  • Providing Secretarial Support to Consultants
  • C6 and World Checks for NSS Office
  • Monitoring Inboxes when required

Additional duties include, but not limited to:

  • Bind and laminate documents when required
  • Photocopying
  • Shredding
  • Supporting the secretarial group during absences and heavy workload periods
  • Ad-hoc tasks which may be reasonably required of you within the general context of this role.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum GCSE grade B (or equivalent) in English
  • Have good IT skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be well organised and able to juggle different priorities
  • Be able to work effectively in a team
  • Have the confidence to engage with partners and staff
  • Have a good eye for detail and the desire to always produce work of the highest quality
