Our client is one of the most prestigious companies in the property industry in London, with lovely offices in the heart of the West End.
They are looking for a temporary receptionist to cover their immaculate front of house desk.
Duties include meeting and greeting, answering phones & emails, meeting room management, courier & post and other ad-hoc duties as requested. Experience using a switchboard will be beneficial but not essential as you will be shown how everything works, so an ability and willingness to learn will set you in good stead for this client.
Someone who is attentive, organised and meticulous will succeed in this role.
The finer details are:
- Rate - £15/hr Location - office based in central London
- Shifts - The Reception needs covering 8-6pm, the shifts are 8-4.30pm and 9.30 - 6pm, you would need to be able to cover both shifts.
