- Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the office
- Manage the reception desk email inbox
- Ensuring meeting room and IT equipment is functional
- Manage the presentation of Reception area and meeting rooms
- Manage the meeting room diary
- Provide ad hoc support to the EA’s when needed
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist within a professional services environment
