An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ultra-modern Barristers Chambers, located close to Chancery Lane/Temple in London. Our state-of-the-art offices require a Front of House / Administrator to deliver 5-star service to our clients, along with providing vital facilities and administrative support.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing individual with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. This full-time position, Monday to Friday, offers the chance to work closely with our Senior Front of House and Administration Assistant, who will mentor you and ensure you gain comprehensive experience in the role.

Key Duties:

  • Provide an organised, professional front-of-house and hospitality service, ensuring members and clients have a first-class experience.
  • Maintain and service the conference floor and waiting room to the highest standard.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Meet and greet clients/visitors and manage the reception and waiting area.
  • Assist barristers and visitors with general inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including Marketing and the Clerking team.

Facilities/Conference Room Duties:

  • Prepare and clear conference rooms for meetings.
  • Arrange and serve refreshments, including teas, coffees, and lunches.
  • Keep reception, waiting rooms, conference rooms, and kitchen areas tidy and ready for use.
  • Ensure adequate stock of supplies and manage orders for stationery, kitchen, and library.
  • Maintain an up-to-date phone list and assist with ad-hoc general administration tasks.
