- Meeting room booking and ensuring there are no clashes
- Hosting VIP guests
- Arranging catering which can sometimes be very last minute
- Clearing down and resetting meeting rooms
- Organising and distributing post
- Keeping a record of all stationery and stock checks
- Assisting with onsite events
- Experience working in a busy receptionist role
- Previously have worked in a corporate environment
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Service orientated
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
