With a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail, the studio transforms spaces into stunning, functional works of art, setting new standards in the world of interior design. Your new role

  • Maintain immaculate front-of-house areas and uphold studio standards.
  • Answer, screen, and direct calls; take and relay messages.
  • Manage diary, meeting rooms, and catering arrangements.
  • Set up meeting spaces and provide technical support.
  • Greet clients, announce arrivals, escort them to meeting rooms, and provide refreshments.
  • Monitor staff movements and manage premises access.
  • Ensure meeting room equipment is in good working order.
  • Manage stock levels, order supplies, and track receipts.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in person.
  • Organise transport for employees and couriers.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and parcels.
  • Support Operations team with admin duties, Health and Safety, and project management.
  • Update and improve operational systems and ensure smooth office operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with the use of office equipment.
  • Experience in a corporate office, in an administrative, reception or similar capacity OR
  • Experience as a receptionist at a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Hospitality exposure is a benefit.
  • The ability to work to a high standard, at all times, as well as under pressure.
