Location: Hampstead
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working hours: full time, 40 hours per week

We are recruiting for a receptionist for our client's showroom in Hampstead. This is an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Host to join a state-of-the-art showroom, great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities.
Receptionist responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor.
- You will build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team.
- Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism, establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member.
- Maintaining customer facing areas, updating, and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties.
Receptionist requirements:
- Ideally you will have experience within a similar role or motor trade experience. If not, then we will require a stable career history within an Administrator role.
- Excellent organisation skills.
