ReceptionistLondon£40,000 - £45,000I have an excellent opportunity as a Receptionist in an insurance firm where you will be part of a Front of House team. The successful candidate will be a team player, and looking for a career Reception role which is also part of an exciting and dynamic organisation. You will be highly organised, solution-orientated and determined to contribute to the growth of the company.What you’ll do:
  • Be the first face clients see when they visit
  • Manage meeting room bookings and provide refreshments
  • Screen phone calls and deal with all incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Manage office inventory
  • Record office expenditure
  • Manage building maintenance and security
  • Work closely with Office Coordinator to ensure efficiency
  • General administrative support
What you’ll need:
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Be detail-orientated
  • Have excellent time-management and the ability to prioritise
  • Must be professional and diplomatic
  • Be confident speaking with all levels of management
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work autonomously
