With a prestigious presence and a strong commitment to excellence and professionalism, this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in a front of house role – a keen interest in the property sector would be a bonus!What you’ll doAs the sole front of house support in the office, you will work closely with senior executives, including Partners and the Managing Director. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, and multitasking is key. Some of the duties include (but are not limited to):• Meeting and greeting guests• Managing weekly re-stock orders• General administration, including updating visitor attendance logs• Processing expenses for junior team members• Diary and travel management• Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and organised• Managing facilities and liaising with couriers• Handling email and phone communicationsWho you areIdeally, you will have some experience in a front of house or hospitality role.
