A respected accountancy firm in Southgate is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face of the firm, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors at Reception, contact their hosts, and escort them courteously to meeting rooms.
- Manage visitor needs, including storing coats and luggage in the cloakroom.
- Monitor meeting room readiness, ensuring they are tidy and prepared for the next meeting.
- Take messages to meeting rooms as needed and handle general visitor and staff enquiries.
- Book meeting rooms using specialist booking software and print reports as required.
- Regularly check and respond to emails sent to the Reception inbox.
Receptionist Duties:
- Report faults in meeting rooms and Reception areas to ensure prompt resolution.
- Perform photocopying and faxing as requested.
- Answer phone calls promptly and politely within three rings, ensuring a professional first impression.
Additional Requirements:
- Assist and support team members, Managers, Coordinators, and Trainers with tasks and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with team correspondence and newsletters to maintain good communication.
- Follow all evacuation and emergency procedures, ensuring familiarity with exits and protocols.
