Benefits

  • approx 12 to 18 hours per week outside normal office hours, will vary each week.
  • Indicative times are:
  • Saturdays: 9am up to 5:30pm
  • Sundays: 9:30am up to 5pm
  • Weekdays: 5:30pm up to 9pm
  • Some weekends will include both the Saturday and the Sunday
  • Based in the prestigious Harley Street
  • All training and IT equipment provided

Role

Tasks include:

  • Provide a reception meet-and-greet service for families who attend our centre out of hours
  • Support the doctor with any administration required at the time of the consultation
  • Handling any urgent emails relating to families attending that day
  • Reassuring families and directing them to the clinic room across two sites at 70 and 75 Harley Street. There is a lift.
  • Printing, scanning and phoning families regarding their appointment time or any doctor delays
  • Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared before clinics and tidied up after clinics
  • You will be the sole admin team member onsite, along with the doctor(s).

Ideal Candidate

  • Polite, friendly and professional.
  • Someone that can join our close-knit, supportive team who is organised, self-motivated, has great attention to detail, promotes excellent customer service skills and understands that the little details are important.
  • Private practice or psychiatry-clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
