About the Role

Our client, a well-established financial institution, is seeking a warm, professional, and proactive Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk, and supporting key office functions.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and managing external visitors with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinating meeting room schedules, setting up spaces, and providing refreshments.
  • Managing the switchboard and handling general inquiries.
  • Overseeing office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintaining common areas, such as stock and meeting room kitchens.
  • Assisting with security access (door passes).
  • Providing administrative support, including typing, document scanning, and filing.
  • Supporting PAs as needed and assisting with VIP events.

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of front-of-house experience in a corporate setting is ideal.
