Relief Receptionist and Centre Coordinator12 month fixed term contractSalary: £28k pro rata plus benefits100% office based (no remote working)Location: East London area – working across various buildings in East London to cover staffInterviews : ASAPReceptionist and Centre Coordinator required by a leading UK property company.  Your primary responsibility would be to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for all visitors, tenants and potential tenants - ensuring the building is a great environment to work in.In addition to greeting, visitors and tenants, you will be expected to handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments and meetings, manage office supplies, and maintain an organised reception area, show potential tenants around the building and services offered.You will also play a key role in building by maintaining positive relationships with clients, tenants, and suppliers.To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised and detail-oriented, and have a warm and welcoming personality. Additionally, you should be able to multi-task effectively and work well under pressure. Experience working in a property, hotel, customer service or similar environments will be advantageous. If you are an enthusiastic and responsive individual with a passion for customer service and front of house work with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. Please note that travel will be required across their East London site to cover positions for absences, sickness, holidays etc Benefits include: excellent annual leave, employee assistance programme, fantastic modern offices and facilities and travel paid within TFL Zones 1 to 4
