School Receptionist/Administrator required for a School in Merton.

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Reception/Administrator to work at a fantastic School in Merton.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Working hours are Monday - Friday - 8am -4pm.

About the role:

Our administrator duties can include:

  • Using the school’s internal system to record a high volume of data
  • Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Along with any other duties required.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience of working in a school
  • A real passion for working within an education environment.
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
  • a good communicator and is well organised
  • calm under pressure
  • reliable, flexible and intuitive
  • committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be
  • confident with a variety of IT packages & platforms to include MS Office: Excel, Word, Email, etc
