We are delighted to be working with a prestigious leading PR agency who are looking for a Senior Receptionist to join their incredible team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, whilst maintaining high standards of service, go the extra mile and bring a positive attitude. Prior management experience is not a necessity, but the ability to be able to delegate and work as a team are imperative. It would also be advantageous if you have carried out PA/OM duties in a previous role.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring all reception services run smoothly and the front desk is manned at all times
  • Delivering exceptional levels of hospitality to every guest of the business
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Taking ownership of weekly breakfast for the office - including ordering and displaying
  • Potential to take on Office Manager duties for a sister company of 12 staff and be the go-to person for any needs
  • Oversee the meeting room calendar and ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly prior to usage
  • Help with PR duties as and when needed, including desk drops for Valentines Day, Easter etc.
  • Keep track of clients birthdays and maintain suppliers list
  • General office administrative duties including maintaining the stock room, stocking the weekly bar, doing the weekly shop
