We are currently looking for a temp Receptionist to join a Finance Firm close to London Bridge. This will be an 8am start for one of the week's and will be starting on the 30th September and finishing on 19th October. This will be paying £15 hour and corporate Reception experience is needed.
The role
- Answering and directing calls using MS teams
- Meeting and greeting all visitors including our UHNW clients, announcing arrivals
- Keeping an eye on meeting room bookings each day, ensuring no diary clashes
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms, maintaining tidiness of throughout the day
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area and office space, ensuring supplies are topped up i.e. beans in the coffee machine, milk, fruit, paper in printers, dishwasher on
