My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Change Lead with experience of delivering tooling and cultural change to operational teams in large, complex organisations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Change Lead delivering tooling and culture change to operational teams on a global programme.
- Strong experience working on large scale Finance programmes.
- Strong understanding of improving and optimising Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).
- The ability to monitor performance across the programmes to provide updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Experience facilitating and delivering workshops and presentations to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate availability.
