The Role: As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for roles in schools, colleges, and educational institutions. You will play a key role in building relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and helping to meet the staffing needs of our education partners. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll be responsible for generating leads, managing the recruitment process, and meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Source and recruit candidates for various education-related roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, support staff, and more.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, including interviews, referencing, and safeguarding checks.
Work to set targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
Keep accurate records of candidate and client interactions using our recruitment database.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain regular contact with both clients and candidates.
Keep up to date with industry trends and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment is desirable, preferably within the education sector, though training will be provided for candidates with a strong sales background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Passionate about working within the education sector and helping to match the right candidates with the right roles.
