- 28k base salary with a 40% commission with no threshold

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Offering expertise to the client informing them on market and how you can be of service in their recruitment process
- Negotiating the contract and commission structure with them
- Sourcing the candidate via LinkedIn, cold calling, headhunting and advertising
- Guiding the candidate through the interview process, giving them advice on answers to questions
- Communicating well with both client and candidate so that the process goes smoothly, and you can create long lasting relationships with them
What We Are Looking For: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Sales experience e.g., door to door sales, B2B, cold calling, working with KPIs
- Charismatic
- Confident
- Chatty
- Team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resilient
