We are on the lookout for someone with:

• Deep Retail / Distribution HR experience, looking for their next step in their career

• Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and Operational Director level stakeholders

• Ability to lead and inspire teams during a period of transformation

The remit of this role is broad in terms of scope as well as deep in terms of operational and strategic.

Location: National - UK travel essential

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Team: Leading a national team of HRBPs

• A Retail / Distribution background

• Experience at Senior HRBP or Head of HR level (small company background), looking for the next step up the career ladder

• Strong C-Suite / Operational Director level stakeholder management

• A mix of strategic and hands-on HR expertise
