The Role:
As our Recruitment Maestro, you'll be the architect of talent acquisition, weaving together the perfect tapestry of skills, experience, and cultural fit. Your mission: scout, engage, and attract top-tier talent that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. This is more than a job; it's a chance to sculpt the future through the people you source. You will manage end to end recruitment processes including:
- CV and Telephone Screening.
- Strong focus on building relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
- Work towards promotional targets onboarding greater responsibility at each step.
- Learn and become a master of your market.
- Conducting interviews that go beyond the résumé to uncover the essence of each candidate.
- Collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
- Complete business development through lead generation
- Develop your own personal brand on LinkedIn.

The Requirements:
- 1 year minimum in B2B Sales or 360 Recruitment Experience
