- Maintaining accurate records of contacts, meetings, and actions in the CRM, managing client and candidate data.
- Conducting lead generation to attract top talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Sourcing and engaging candidates using job boards, social media, and the CRM.
- Responding proactively to incoming leads and enquiries.
- Managing the full recruitment process, including interview arrangements.
- Attending virtual and in-person meetings with clients and candidates.
- Evaluating potential risks and reporting on them.
- Completing tasks within deadlines and with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in sales and business development (recruitment preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Reliable internet connection for hybrid working.
