Daytime Healthcare are seeking experienced 360 Healthcare Permanent Recruitment Consultants to join our team. Our modern Thames view offices are next to North Greenwich station, and we can offer hybrid working!

There will be a plan where you can growth your career, and have trainees to work with you to build your desk. You must have at-least 2 years experience, and have existing relationships with clients.

We will consider recruiters who have experience in any Permanent Healthcare setting including Nursing, AHP and Doctors. There will be the provision for additional BD and Resourcing assistance, with our overseas consultants.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Be proactive in seeking out additional market opportunities to achieve further and consistent growth whilst ensuring adherence to company processes and client requirements.

• To have experience working in a 360 Recruitment Consultant position and to have relationships with clients (NHS or/and Private sector).

• To have a track record of good billings as a 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant.

• To take the lead in ensuring better client and candidate relationship through the use of different initiatives. • To be a strong team player, contributing positively towards team improvement initiatives and being a positive voice for the business at all times.
