Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit based in North London who are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Advisor for initially 2 months, with the probability of extension.

This role is hybrid, so travel into the office will be required. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

-         All aspects of recruitment life cycle

-         Recruitment advice to managers

-         Meeting with the manager to discuss role and prep

-         Assisting manager with JD questions and providing advice

-         Preparing advert with manager

-         Posting adverts – all platforms that the organisation use and internal platforms

-         Working with agencies when needed

-         Shortlisting/redacting JDs

-         Arranging interviews with managers

-         Updating recruitment tracker

-         Working closely with HR and Recruitment Administrator

-         Updating HR Operations Manager as and when needed

Skillset required

-         Experience working in a standalone in-house recruitment role, or part of a team

-         Recruitment legislation and up to date market knowledge

-         Proactive
