Are you an experienced Compliance Manager looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out compliance management, driving compliance and best practice across your teams. 

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join their growing team, covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial sites, in Central London. 

The Role

As the Compliance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

  • Working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, hybrid role - based between working in central London and homebased. 
  • Audits and inspections across the facilities, equipment and operations and identifying any compliance gaps / areas for improvement. 
  • Working with site teams to support with leading compliance from the front, closing out of compliance gaps.
  • Reporting to AD on compliance, incidents, training ideas and plans. 
  • POC for any compliance related queries, investigations or audits. 

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Compliance Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • QMS Experience 
  • NEBOSH would be highly desirable 
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service environment would be highly desirable 
  • Strong communication skills
