Regulatory Affairs Manager

Location:London
Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, Hybrid (On-site 2 days a week)
Salary:c. 60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regulatory compliance for food manufacturing, ensuring all products meet relevant food safety and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory matters related to food and supplements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for product registrations and renewals.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory trends, advising the business on necessary actions.
  • Manage one direct report, providing leadership and development opportunities.
  • Report to the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, assisting with strategic regulatory planning and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the food manufacturing or food retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector, specifically food products, is essential.
