Position Overview:
They are seeking a customer service focused Resident Liaison Officer to join their team. This contractor is completing external refurbishment packages in various areas within East London. Scope of works includes windows, doors, external decorations, balconies, roofing etc. They want someone who is a clear communicator, who has strong understanding of social housing refurbishment schemes and has experience working on longer contracts. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents. 
  • Addressing inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Host monthly meetings for tenants, clients and contractors.
  • Produce regular progress reports.
  • Maintain records of tenant communication.
  • Report to stakeholders.
  • Encourage resident feedback.
  • Minimise disruptions to tenants and contractors.
  • Manage health and safety concerns.
  • Crisis management.

Desired:

  • Experience working on social housing projects
  • Clean drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Longevity with current/recent employer 
  • Based in East London or can reasonably commute
  • Understanding of external refurbishment packages
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
