Position Overview:
They are seeking a customer service focused Resident Liaison Officer to join their team. This contractor is completing a mix of internal and external refurbishment works across various areas within North London. Scope of works includes Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrades, Window and Door Installation, Brickwork and Concrete Repairs, Roofing Works. My client is interested in candidates with a pre-existing knowledge of Social Housing schemes and the processes involved in refurbishment projects.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents. 
  • Addressing inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Host monthly meetings for tenants, clients and contractors.
  • Produce regular progress reports.
  • Maintain records of tenant communication.
  • Report to stakeholders.
  • Encourage resident feedback.
  • Minimise disruptions to tenants and contractors.
  • Manage health and safety concerns.
  • Crisis management.

Desired:

  • Experience working on social housing projects
  • Clean drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Longevity with current/recent employer 
  • Based in North London or can reasonably commute
  • Understanding of internal and external refurbishment packages
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
