Internal Sales Executive B2B Services (North London, Hybrid after Training)

Salary: £35,000 basic per annum+ OTE £42,000 (performance based bonuses)

Our client, a specialist in B2B services, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. This role starts as office based for training, transitioning to a hybrid work model after the training period. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities using warm leads and networking contacts, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team. Role Overview:

As an Internal Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, particularly by leveraging warm leads and networking contacts. You will engage with prospects via phone, email, and online platforms, with opportunities to attend networking events. After completing the in office training period, youll transition to a hybrid work environment, allowing for a mix of remote and office based work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales portals, conduct research, and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects.
  • Use warm leads and networking contacts to identify and create business opportunities.
  • Work with senior management to develop tender, RFP, and RFI opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decisionmakers, suppliers, and prospects.
  • Proactively market the companys services to drive engagement and new business.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation, appointment success, and revenue.
  • Make 4060 calls per day, aiming to secure 1015 appointments per month.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, introductions, and surveys for the Sales team.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in account management and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong telephone and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems such as ACT.
  • Experience leveraging warm leads and networking contacts to generate sales.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently post training.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and analysing sales data.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or marketing is preferred.
