Due to the exciting growth and development of our client in the Entertainment space, they are looking to grow their Brand Partnerships team with an experienced Business Development Manager to work on their brand partnerships.

You will play a pivotal is driving the strategy and contributing to the success of their diverse portfolio of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the acquisition of brand partners across varying sectors, demonstrating your strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and displaying your ability to independently close deals.
  • Identify, engage and secure new brand partner deals.
  • Act as assigned commercial contact for projects, managing key stakeholder relations and acting as in house subject matter expert.
  • Align specific partnership strategies with overall business growth objectives, meeting commercial targets while driving brand growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust business development pipeline, ensuring you're contributing to team-wide goals and your own targets.
  • Ensure seamless execution of contracts and maintain open communication with the wider Brand Partnerships team to deliver exceptional service to partners.

Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a new business development role within entertainment, sports, or lifestyle industries (Agency or Rights-Holder side).
  • Existing network of brand agency contacts.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • A communicative team player who can effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for live music, live events and experiential marketing.
