Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer data from platforms like Google Analytics and CRM systems to identify patterns.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer service teams.
- Collaborate with teams to implement customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
- Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to gain insights and benchmark performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key customer metrics and campaign effectiveness.
