This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Manager from within the market research sector, to join a London-based strategic consultancy specialising in the tech sector.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Field Manager will combine both field management and operational/office management responsibilities. On the Field Manager side, you will coordinate field duties across all projects. Experienced in screener writing you will also prepare project documentation, and will select, brief and work with recruiters, ensuring only the highest quality participants are recruited. On the operational side, you will undertake traditional office management duties, as well as diary management, and scheduling meetings, appointments and organising staff events.
Benefits:
- 3 days a week remote working (Mondays and Thursdays will be spent in the London office)
- A bonus scheme with a target of 10%, but that that has paid out to 35% in recent years

What do I need?
- Previous experience as a Field Manager, ideally within a strategy consultancy or research agency
- Solid experience of screener design and development
- A keen eye for detail, and ideally, some experience of having undertaken administrative work
