As a Digital Product Designer, you will be instrumental in designing and enhancing a B2B e-Commerce solution, focusing on creating engaging, user-centered experiences that simplify procurement, enhance product discovery, and drive customer engagement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders-you will ensure the platform meets desired product outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape design practices and build a customer-facing product offering from the ground up.

Job Competencies - Technical
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on e-commerce or B2B platforms. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
- Proven proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, best practices, and responsive design.
- Experience designing for complex workflows, large product catalogues, and procurement processes.
