Technical Product Development Manager

We are recruiting for a fast-growing and innovative organisation based in Great Yarmouth to source a Technical Product Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. Day-to-day of the role: 

  • Manage quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet performance requirements and exceed industry standards. 
  • Ensure full compliance with UK, EU and internal regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials and components.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing technical expertise on product performance and features.
  • Lead the development of innovative products based on current market demands and future trends.
  • Take on additional duties to contribute to the company's continuous improvement and business success. 

Requirements: 

  • Previous relevant experience, preferable within a technical workplace garment sector and/or garment technologist
  • Knowledge of technical fabrics.
  • Familiarity with the entire product development process, from initial concept to final prototype. 
  • Understanding of UK, EU and Global regulations, compliance, and industry standards. 
  • Willingness to travel internationally when necessary. 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Works effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
