Day-to-day of the role:

Manage quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet performance requirements and exceed industry standards.
Ensure full compliance with UK, EU and internal regulations and standards.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials and components.
Support marketing initiatives by providing technical expertise on product performance and features.
Lead the development of innovative products based on current market demands and future trends.
Take on additional duties to contribute to the company's continuous improvement and business success.

Requirements:

Previous relevant experience, preferable within a technical workplace garment sector and/or garment technologist
Knowledge of technical fabrics.
Familiarity with the entire product development process, from initial concept to final prototype.
Understanding of UK, EU and Global regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Works effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
